211 SLO Hotline's Resource Database stores detailed information about community agencies, programs and services provided. There are four different ways to search for information in the database.

Keyword Service Search - Allows users to search for agencies by the type of service a program offers.

Name Search - Allows users to search for an agency or program by name.

Category Search - Allows users to search for agencies by the category of service a program offers. This search categorizes services in a hierarchical manner, allowing users to explore the hierarchy to determine which service best meets their needs.

Note: Use the singular form of the keyword rather than the plural. For example, in keyword search use "shelter" rather than "shelters."
