Welcome to the Resource Database of our HOTLINE of San Luis Obispo County website. The database stores detailed information about community agencies, programs and services provided. There are four different ways to search for information in the database.

Keyword Service Search - Allows users to search for agencies by the type of service a program offers.

Name Search - Allows users to search for an agency or program by name.

Category Search - Allows users to search for agencies by the category of service a program offers. This search categorizes services in a hierarchical manner, allowing users to explore the hierarchy to determine which service best meets their needs.

Keyword Target Population Search - Allows users to search for agencies by the population a program served. This search will bring up agencies that offer programs that serve only a specific group.

Note: Use the singular form of the keyword rather than the plural. For example, in keyword search use "shelter" rather than "shelters".
